Mistress BlackDiamoond and Lady Alice are in the dungeon with a slave and they're going to make sure all their spit goes to good use. They're not going to let him get up and they're sure that every last drop goes right into his mouth so he can swallow it right down. They're also smoking the entire time to make sure it all has a little extra flavor to enjoy.
When mistress BlackDiamoond wanted to put this slave in his place, she chose to do it in a way he would never forget. Or at least he would not forget in a long time. She used her spit to do it and it was humiliating to him. He wished he had never messed with her as he was degraded and made to do things he had never imagined he would ever do.
Mistress BlackDiamoond despised this slave because he was nothing but a loser. He was good for nothing and it was high time she made him change. So the mistress went ahead to force the guy to open his mouth and she proceeded to spit into it. She then made sure he licked all of her saliva and swallowed some of it. That is when she felt it was enough for her.
